Roxbury Place Home Owners Association is a covenant community. No door to door solicitation is permitted. Be advised this restriction extends to political candidates. Home owners are assessed annual dues of $85. Dues are due before January 31st of each year. Failure to pay by January 31st will result in late fees, and possibly liens and court costs. HOA dues may be paid online through this website.
